End of Summer Tasting Dinner
I hope you join me for a pre-fix four course tasting dinner under the stars on September 18th in Arnold, MD. I will be preparing some of my favorite dishes from this summer, while incorporating a few fall ingredients to welcome in the new season. This special event gives me a chance to prepare the food I love, while providing a unique date-night or friends night out experience.

The proposed menu is as follows, although some substitutions may take place based on supply availability and random culinary inspirations. No substitutions will be allowed, however you can notify me of any food allergies and I would be happy to let you know if and how I can accommodate them.

First course
Marinated heirloom tomato salad with burrata and fry bread

Second course
Seared lemon salmon with caramelized onions dijon cream, crispy couscous, and caper berries

Third course
Smoked pork belly with bacon braised kale, caramelized acorn squash, candied jalapeno,
and beurre noisette
​
Fourth course
Lemmon chiffon custard with lavender cream and brown butter spritz cookies
​
You have the option of enjoying the food with your own drink of choice or you can add to the experience with a wine or beer pairing for each course. If you choose to pair wines you will receive a 4 oz pour with the first three courses and a 2 oz pour with dessert. If you choose to pair beers you will receive a 5 - 6 oz pour with each course. Exact wine and beer choices are still being worked out. However for the wine you will receive two whites, a red, and a dessert wine. A cash bar will also be available throughout the event.

Feed me and provide a drink to pair $105

*Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. If a minimum ticket sale is not achieved the event will be cancelled by Sept 10th, 2021 and you will be given a full refund. The "Just Feed Me" ticket price includes one alcoholic drink. The event address will be provided through email. If your total is below $124 you will be charge a shipping fee. I will refund the shipping fee after your purchase is complete.
